Q:  I'm not familiar with your service.  How does it work?

 

A:  Our service is very simple.  We facilitate deliveries from your favorite restaurants to homes, businesses and hotels.  Just call us and we will make the arrangements with the restaurant of your choice and a professional delivery driver.

 

Q:  What are your hours?

 

A:  We are open for lunch, Sunday - Friday from 11AM until 1PM.  Our dinner hours are Monday - Sunday (4PM - 8PM). We gladly take orders in advance.  Click on "advanced ordering" to place an order for the future!

 

Q:  How do I place an order?

 

A:  You can place your order here on our website or you may call (928) 345.2541 and one of our customer service reps with gladly assist you.

 

Q:  How long does it take for delivery?

 

A:  Our normal delivery time is 65 minutes or less, however certain situations such as traffic, restaurant preparation time and certain other factors may require extra time.  Please know that we are always working hard to get your food delivered as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your patience!

 

Q:  What about drinks?

 

A:  Our drinks vary between restaurants.  Please see each specific restaurant menu to inquire about drinks.    

 

Q:  Do you offer catering?

 

A:  Yes, we do!  Actually, we specialize in drop-off catering!  Please look for our catering menus on the left hand side of your screen.  Most platters and trays require extra time, so please try to order the night before if possible.

 

Q:  Do you take coupons?

 

A:  We often send out email coupons.  We also sometimes offer coupons by mail and through certain publications.  Coupons are generally only good Monday through Thursday and we only allow one coupon per order.  We cannot accept coupons from the restaurants that we deliver for!

 

Q:  What is the delivery area?

 

A:  The Delivery area covers most of Yuma including the Foothills. Dine-In Delivery will deliver outside of Yuma upon request on orders of $75.00 or more. Call for details!

 

Q:  How much does it cost to have something delivered?

 

A:  The standard delivery fee is $4.00. 

 

Q:  Do the drivers accept tips?

 

A:  The drivers work for gratuities just like restaurant wait staff.  A 15% gratuity is standard, however you may tip as much as you would like.  Orders over $50 include an automatic tip.

 

Q:  Will my food be hot and fresh when delivered?

 

A:  You bet! The drivers pick up your food straight from the restaurant's kitchen and carry it in our insulated thermal bags.  These bags are designed to keep food hot!  Certain food items such as fries are harder to keep hot, but we always do everything that we can to deliver your food in a satisfactory condition! 

 

Q:  Do you have a minimum order?

 

A:  All of the restaurants require a $12 minimum before delivery fee and sales tax.

 

Q:  What types of payment do you accept?

 

A:  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 

 

Q:  Can I buy Dine-In gift certificates?

A:  Absolutely!  What could be better than the gift of not having to cook?  Gift certificates are available in any amount by calling our office at (928) 345-2541

 

Q:  I want food delivered from a restaurant that isn't listed on your site!  Can I do that?

 

A:  No, we're sorry, but we must have a contractual relationship with the restaurants that we deliver for.  Please let us know if there is a certain restaurant that you would like to see using our service.  Keep in mind, it is not always up to the manager of the restaurant, some chains are simply not allowed to sign on with an outside delivery service.  Please also let the management or ownership at that particular restaurant!
